Horrible service from Mweb

I am not giving them even 1 star, the service is so horrible 😫, i placed an order on the 31st of July till today nothing has happened, i called them 2 weeks back to cancel, till today nothing has happened, i app**** with another service provider and they cant continue with installation because Mweb has blocked the line and not releasing the line nor helping me with anything, i am so irrate , i feel like screaming 😢 i called them again on Tuesday only to find out that my order hasn't been canceled 💔
