Horrible service from Mweb

I opened an Mweb account in January 2024 and when i agreed to it the contract was for around R425 per month and for the first 3 months there was a promotion and i was paying R325 after the promotion they started charging me R575. Of which we never agreed on at all. When i signed up i chose to do a debit order on the 25th of every month but they debited on everyday other day but not the 25th. I then complained about 4 times and no one helped. I tried calling them and there was no response. I then requested to cancel and an agent contacted me and when we were talking she informed me that i was wrongly charged and they are sorry for the inconvenience and they will fix it and it was never fixed. They kept charging me R1600 every month and i never skipped a month i always paid and they had informed me that they received payments but kept saying i owe them. Then they charged me R2800 for cancellation on top of that they suspended my account and are now threatening to send me to the credit bureau.
