Horrible service from Mweb

Horrific service from joining Mweb. They dont display their clauses or tell you their terms and conditions before. I have to pay for a router i hardly used and was never advised about router fees before,only when i cancelled after 1 month joining them. Be unpront with your customers. Call them and explain everything before the router charges before delivery. Very disappointed and heart broken. They said its uncapped wifi on their website, but it was not. My internet stopped working and when i called them, they said my data is finished and my upgrade to another package. You did not say that on your website. Come collect your old router ,which the password was scratched out underneath. Now threatening to take me to credit bureau.
