Horrible service from call centre
Horrible customer service. Ive phone the call centre multiple times and each time my wait time is more that 40minutes. After cancelling my contract 2 weeks ago I was told a refund will take 3-5 days. I was told today two weeks later that my refund is waiting for approval from a manager there’s nothing they can do about it”
