Horrible service

WOW... I have a 1GB/S Line but im getting less than 5mb/s. I have logged MULTIPLE tickets with my ISP and everytime they report it to evotel. It never gets fixed, I am fed up... This has been going on for weeks now. Sometimes the line is fine but most of the time it is unusable. And i have to wait days before getting any feedback from evotel. And guess what... I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE FULL SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT!!!!! I am convived now that neither MWEB nor Evotel cares...
