Horrible service delivery from MWEB

On the 12th of June 2024 I opted to get fibre installed with Mweb as they had said on their website that they get your internet up and running within a week. I only got my installation done on the 20th of June with no promise of having my wifi work as they said I still had to wait for my router to be delivered. When I check on their website the delivery dates keep changing and moving from the 27th of June to now the 1st of July. I do believe they misled me as a customer and would definitely had not gone with them had I known this is the experience I would have as I had another alternative but trusted them since they had been around for as long as I have been alive. I’m extremely disappointed and regret my decision as the process doesn’t come cheap. I would not recommend them to anyone.
