Horrible service

Mweb and Vumatel are the worst, I have been arguing with them back and forth because they said I don’t need a fibre installation only activation,I told them installion was never done at my place, after a week of arguing they sent a technician he arrived did the inspection and said there’s no installation he will do the installation. I was Happy ☺️. 1 week later I am still fighting with them to do the activation they told me it takes up to 48 hours. 48 hours has now turned into 1 week. So this is the second week since I app**** for WiFi, I am now going into the third week so if you need WiFi urgently avoid vumatel at all costs unless you are patient and willing to buy airtime to do follow ups.
