Horrible service

Contacted mweb on the 3rd of January 2025, where I spoken Kabelo from their billing department and Neil Gelant from their live chat support confirm cancellation of my service from end of January 2025 and I was given this reference number mwb***7 my service will be cancelled, now when I request for cancellation letter as proof I'm told my service will be cancelled at end of February, this is bull****, I have all the screenshot of the live chat, they must listen to my calls with the billing department and ask their CEO to call me back immediately
