Horrible service

I have signed up with mweb I was with them for 1 week and already have a bill of R997.60 I opted for a 40mb line but was only receiving a 20mb line but I have to pay for a 40mb line and getting in touch with their support team is impossible. Everyone please stay away from mweb there is better services out there and mweb is now refusing to cancel the service I asked for management to contact me and the chat got canceled by their agent very bad service stay away
