Horrible Service by Mweb

I took up mweb for fiber and they apparently did not have coverage in my area nut they took my application fee which they refunded, but now they debiting the monthly fee after sending me a cancellation letter and everything. i called in and i was told it will stop buit the debited again this month.. very unhappy with the service honestly
