Horrible service before services can commence

We've app**** for a fibre line with Mweb, and so far the service has been horrible and the line hasn't even been installed yet. Understandably, they couldn't install it because there is an active fibre line and we were told to wait until the 4th, we've submitted proof that we are the new owners of the house and that didn't help to speed up the process. We're still without wifi and NO response from Mweb. We're going to cancel this before it even starts because of the horrible support.
