Horrible service @Mweb

What a horrible service provider this is, @m**** deplorable service is high unacceptable. I haven’t had a connection from over 5 days now, between then and now I have spent over R500 in airtime , calling for a technical assist only to hold for over 40 min being a Caller number 1. When someone finally answers they can’t even call you back since you have been holding for so long. I work from home so I’m spending even more money to buy data so I can work till my issue is resolved, over and above the money I pay monthly for their service. This company must close their doors because they really are not serous about their business, you can also see by the lack of responses on the complains on this platform that they simply don’t care!!!! I Wouldn’t even recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!!!!
