horrible service and still no internet

it took 2 weeks for delivery of my LTE, when i eventually got it plugged it in waited 3 days for activation and nothing happened, i called in to report this i was told to put the sim in a phone and do the manual activation, i tried this it shows as invalid, i called again and i was told to put it in a phone again keep it on for 30 min, turn off for 30 min put it back in the router and wait 30 min and still no internet, i called in a rude consultant put me on hold for over 50 min and when i called back the call center was closed, i called again a consultant said they would push the activation and i must wait another 2 days and still nothing to date,
