Horrible service and *********** staff

Mweb is the worst provider, I made payment and I am now being told I can gwt a refund on line only I have been trying for 2 days and no response. I was on hold for an hour and the consultant tells me he cannot process the refund it must be done online. I want my money back. I will also be writing to the ombudsman regarding this matter.
