Horrible service and rediculous billing system!!

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. I was billed two months instalments and had my wifi disconnected. I havent missed an instalment but some how they added instalments to my bill. Ive used over R100 airtime and still waiting for a response. They app live chat takes hours just for a response and you still end up having to call. Its really infuriating dealing with them!!!
