Horrible service and poor product

Its been one week since my LTE was delivered, speeds on a 25Mbps up and down(as it was sold)(uncapped unshaped as it was sold) (great for Gaming as it was sold) and I am sitting with a constant 0.5-2.5Mbps connection. Call the call center they will report to the specialist obviously no one does anything. Ask to get the recording of when I signed up and speak to the sales manager of the guy who sold me the product he does not call back. pathetic pathetic pathetic
