Horrible service and overcharge from Mweb: Vodacom

I got my vodacom Fibre line installed though Mweb in 2021 Feb, I signed up for 50/50. I have never gotten that instead I got 20/10 or even less while I was being billed for 50/50. I logged a call with Mweb for them to correct this and process a refund. They did a speed test and also confirmed I have been on 20/10 since Feb.

I am not getting any joy, infact I am disgusted and disappointed by the horrible service I received.
