Horrible service and network

Worst fibre service ive ever had, when i try call technical support it always hangs up so i cant get anyone to assist me with my problem and it’s been 2 full weeks without fibre or it work for one hour a day then it stops, also wanted to find out if it’s possible to cancel now and look for another isp. I can’t afford to wait any longer as im working from home and this has been costing me a lot of money on data
