Horrible service and don't care attitude

Worst service ever. They are always arrogant..you get kept on hold for literally over 1 hours when the eventually answer theres no apology and they are quick to say the issue you called about is your fault. Then they transfer you to another department which keeps you on hold listening to that horrible song they play. I hate dealing with these consultants and company. It's about time one goes join their competitors. Yerrrr a bunch of entitled employees....
