Horrible service and bad ISP

We switched to fiber with Mweb in November 2019. It's now mid January and the only thing we've gotten has been bills. Do not use this company as an ISP. Their systems do not work. You'll be asked to jump through hoop after hoop. You'll make thirty odd phone calls and they'll just shrug. Mweb is not a good ISP, do not use them.
