Horrible Service.
Wasting R200 Airtime for you guys to drop the call and not phone back after pleading with agents multiple times to call back what type of culture do you guys have ???
Bought an LTE 50/50 package worked perfect for months we have solar so even in load shedding it worked perfect for the past month my LTE would shut down completely and my phones ****** hotspots does better than you router and connection.
Calling for assistance no one ****** cares or calls back Paying R800 a month for NOTHING and you guys are advertising it for more users with first month free what a joke as these poor guys won't even have internet 80% of the time

20 Apr 2023, 17:00Oh and to mention i work from home so tnx. been it for 8 years tried everything possible from APN to setting it to 4G only and back moving the thing... NOTHING has 4-5 bars Blue LED downloading is running in KB's until it does off how useless my literal cell phone does better and it's using the same backbone FNO MTN. so please explain.
