Horrible service
My Fibre has been down for 3 days now...whenever I log into there app an agent is never available. And when I call in no matter if im caller number 1 they also dont answer. The most frustrating part is a person can't even log a query without having to be transfered to a human agent on that useless chat because you never ever get a hold of them. Im so frustrated.
