Horrible service

At this point you don't even deserve 1 star , how is possible that there's always bad service coming from you and you're not even bothered to do better ,everyday there's over 15 to 30 mins that we know our internet will be down I MEAN EVERY DAY! as if that's not enough then the whole without Internet REALLY???
