Horrible service

Mweb is one of the most stressful business one could ever deal with in South Africa. I am one of the unfortunate people who got ******* into taking an offer with them. They did a double debit on my account for the required upfront payment after that, they are not giving the service, but keep sending me stupid messages that I will soon be speeding on fibre. Why should it take 14 days to get a service activated where there is already installation. I was advised to change ISP and use Mweb, that's the worst decision I've ever made.
