Horrible service

MWEB service is pathetic. Their call centre staff is rude and unprofessional. You wait forever to get hold of someone when you eventually do they hang up the call. Every person you speak to tells you a different story. They lie and tell you the query has been solved just to get you off the line. Then you discover it has not. They know how to take your money but can't assist you when you have issues which was caused by them in the first place. Horrible experience and will be cancelling my service and moving to a different ISP.
