Horrible service

Mweb has got to be the worst customer service ever , I made payment via EFT with Nedbank account , when I go on my app it still says I owe , mind you that when you call you need to spend 300 airtime cause those ****ing people never pick up their phones , useless service , they advertise these deals just to find out on your statements these deals are doubled every month you don’t know where the extra amounts are coming from , never use Mweb again it’s the most horrible service you can use ever .
