Horrible service

WORST service , I ordered an upgraded service from them. Before I got the upgraded router and Sim they deactivated my service leaving me with no Internet for my business. Did not get any notification regarding the deactivation. Really pathetic and not to mention I had to spend 4 HOURS being transfered around from person to person.
