Horrible service

Waiting for them to come and install my fibre. Complications rised during my application which they didnt even phone to inform me and I had to phone them to find this out. Mweb tells me to sortnit out with openserve and openserve tells me to sort it out with mweb. If you call mweb you wait anything from 30 min till an hour before being 'helped', and I use the term lightly!

Please call me as I want my fibre installed THIS WEEK STILL!!!!!
