Horrible service

Terrible service! It has been 2 weeks of trying to get the internet connected. Daily phone calls, WhatsApp messages and live chats and still no assistance! They keep cutting the call on you, after waiting for hours to get someone to assist you from the call center. They keep telling you to hold on while they review the issue, but still don't fix the actual issue! This has been the worst service I have ever received. 2 weeks and still ongoing and we can't even get a technician out- all they keep saying is within the next 24/48 hours. Do yourself a favor and don't go with Mweb!
