Horrible service

Honestly the worst service ever! They will jump to get you as a customer, once you a customer though, complete other story ... Been waiting for support to migrate my router to a different ONT for over a week now .. Call centre says I must send a email, so I did, sent countless emails and only received one automated response .. This has been going on for over a week now!! So frustrating!
