Horrible service!!

I app**** for their internet services in July 2023, they schedule for a delivery and said that I would need to pay once I have received and signed for my product. I never received the router, never had any internet connection with them or signed any documents to confirm contract, but they deducted my money and they are still deducting, went to their offices in N1 city to report the matter and we stood by the gate, never allowed us to come in, saying agent were working from home, their was another customer there with same issue, security made us talk with receptionist over WhatsApp, we exchanged audios and she promised to have it cancelled but problem still persist.

they have horrible service, they are *****ulent, taking people's money without delivering the product, I have to reverse money every month on my bank because of them, affecting my credit score negative, they never checked if I did receive the products or not, I want them to stop *****ing my money!
