Horrible Service

If I could give zero stars I honestly would. Horrible, horrible, ********** customer service. Simple thing as changing contact details will have you running from pillar to post. Each agent you speak to(after waiting for 40 to 45 minutes to get through) is always in such a hurry to let you go, they will ask you to send countless documents and each time you send the one they asked for they will ask you to send another one they didn't tell you about.
