Horrible service

I am horrified by our moving experience. Despite submitting our request 3 weeks ago, submitting required documents 5 times, they are still making excuses to simply MOVE our wifi. They don't even have to install a box or anything as there is one! Simply connect our router. Absolutely ridiculous service received. Horrible horrible horrible service. Kept being told that the matter is escalated bymut we are being contacted by NO ONE! AND MEANWHILE WE ARE LOSING THOUSANDS WORTH OF BUSINESS
