Horrible service

Mweb service is horrible on the highest level, when you try to contact them they keep on transferring you to another person and they don't answer, even their chat are not answered, I have acontact through Mweb, I have been trying to upgrade my business mailbox since last month and no one is assisting me. Today I've been on a call with them for more than 30 min and they keep on sending me from pillar to post. I think it's about time I take my business elsewhere
