Horrible Service

Hi.

Its been almost 3 months since I requested that porting be done. Please sort this out. Nobody is comeing back to me as promised each time. Telkom is suspending our copper line service in our area end of this month then we wont have a landline anymore. Can you please assist as nobody is sorting this out. One department keeps putting me through to another and then tey put me back through to the 1st one and so it continues. Every time taking hours on the phone. Will I be assisted or must I cancell my membership as this is outragous.
