horrible service

I wanted to join mweb ,got the router and someone came to JUST inspect. After hearing this person say they have to dig up pavement and blah blah blah I said I cant take the fibre then because we are only renting. So I cancelled this was last year around august. They keep sending me messages saying I must send the router back but dont provide me with any details as to where I must send the thing ,its been sitting in my closet unopened for months now and now im getting smss saying I owe them R900 and something rand. I havent even used or done anything so what even am I being billed for and as for the router just send me a location. I even tried calling this week and got left on hold then the person hung up ,didnt even try and call me back. Now I must have a bad credit score because they cant do their job. Please get this sorted and provide me with a location since emailing them doesnt work either and I want the payment that I "owe" removed i dont owe anything
