Horrible service

I am absolutely disgusted with Mweb, they disconnected my service and asked me to payR660 to reconnect I paid it and emailed the proof only to get home and it was still disconnected. I called and held on for 40 mins only to be told they cannot reconnect I must call tomorrow, I call now and they say they cannot access the account with my ID number or the reference on the payment yet they used the same details last night this is absolutely ridiculous
