Horrible service

I honestly hate how mweb is ruining my life .....I spoke about this in January but nothing happened.... I get paid on the 20th of each month, I get debited on the first when I don't have money than It reverses and I am left with a charge...I tried to apply for credit now but I could not because I have a debit order that gets reversed ....I also paid in December and sent proof of this but mweb never saw it ...I tried calls chat emails and Facebook but no one wants to help .......thank you mweb for making my life a living hell

I also love how I only got help to increase my data so I could pay more
