Horrible MWEB and Vumatel
App**** for a service on 27 August 2020, got modem delivered and then the nightmare commenced.
Eventually got the service connected earlier this year but no activation. Technicians from Vumatel came to the premises three times, **** through their teeth, and still no active service to date.
Be warned of dealing with these guys, beyond atrocious. Communication is of the worst kind as well.

01 Apr 2021, 16:32The guys at MWEB have made ******** a new business imperative. How possible that you will be holding your phone and then get an SMS that they tried to call you. Calling back takes no less than 30 minutes of half truths and blame shifting.
You are warned to avoid the combo of MWEB and/or Vumatel. Nobody who knows anything is ever available to take your call. The service is beyond diabolical, phew
