Horrible ISP

I’ve recently submitted a request to cancel my fibre service with them as I’ve found 5 other ISP’s who is cheaper than them. I called in over a week ago and spent nearly 30min on the simply waiting to speak to a consultant. She simply transferred my call to the terminations team who never answered. They don’t offer any call-back service either. The app they’ve developed is as useless as a pile of rocks. I’ve since submitted my request to cancel my service via the website to which I got an email stating my request to cancel will be finalized once they get in touch with me. To this point I’ve not heard back from them. I still don’t know when my last day will be with them in order to request another ISP to take over. Been with them for more than a year and they’re pushing up my price when other suppliers have come down with prices. Will not recommend MWeb to anyone I know.
