Horrible internet provider

this a terrible service provider honestly. over a month without internet and they have incorrect information every time i call. they keep saying someone will call and no one does, they lie to get you on the books and then they do not give you the service as promised yet they keep taking money from you. the reality is that they do not care, they just want to **** you of your money
