HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I requested to cancel and was advised I would be assisted within 72 hours. The 72 hours have passed and no one assisted with my request. When I followed up, they apparently did not put the request through and told me that I need to wait another 72 hours. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!
