Horrible first encounter

Extremely disappointed at the lack of follow up with you guys at such an early stage of our relationship, getting a hold of someone to help is a nightmare, your site isn’t user friendly and one has to CALL you guys in order to get any sort of help ( in this case a lack thereof) it’s 2023 and you’re an internet solution company I’m sure you guys can do better to make communication between your business and customers really seamless. I would like someone to give me a call on the status of my order, the agent I spoke to yesterday was to call me back after I wasted my airtime calling you guys, I’ve been made aware that your tracking system is inaccurate and therefore will need constant feedback regarding my order.
