Horrible Fiber Speed & Service

We have uncapped fiber with mweb and it's absolutely appalling. The wifi produced slow speeds and when we called to fix it, a temporary solution was given but ultimately would always go back to being horrible. We then decided to upgrade to a greater speed as well as following suggestions from IT and still the same results.

we have decided to swap to a different ISP as I do not see the point in paying money to a company who does not deliver on its promises to just find out that they have ignored our multiple cancellation requests and have charged us again.

I am fed up with the poor service and the disappointment of the product. Would not recommend them to anyone.
