Horrible Customer Service! Very unhappy customer.

I do not normally write reviews but the service recieved from Mweb had my face turning from red to blue! My internet was disconnected for no reason! The agents on the chat will send you from pillar to post. The call centre line is hardly picked up! Its frustrating to be paying for a service and have such casual agents when you have an issue. Its a cost for us to be buying airtime trying to reach them and beg them to resolve an issue you are paying for! Its been four days without internet and its seemingly like they dont care! The customer service is extremely horrible. The only call centre that works is the sales when they want you to sign up!
