Horrible customer service! Stay away from Mweb

Second complaint that writing in this week and to date no one has made contact with me. I even left a review on ****ed consumer so this is actually my 3rd formal complaint , but still nothing. Please just cancel my account so I can go to a service provider that actually cares about their customers.
