Horrible customer service - kept getting thrown between departments and holding on for hours and hours

Mweb actually deserves 0 stars. Their customer service is absolutely **********. Every person you speak to in every department has different information. I have not once got consistent information from 2 people at Mweb. It is near impossible to get through to them. A number of times I was put on hold and the call was cut. I kept getting bounced around between different departments with no resolution of my issue at all. I have spent hours and hours holding on trying to get through to Mweb technical, activations, sales - all of which has been futile as I am still battling with an LTE issue for over a month now. I am shocked at horrible customer service from Mweb. In fact, it cant even be called customer service because there isnt any
