Horrible customer service

I have never had bad customer care from Mweb which was my reason for giving you my business in the first place. I have been trying since last week to upgrade a product with NO success. I cannot remember when last I had such bad service from a company. My problem is still not resolved!!! One should think in times like these with so many companies not making it that you will at least give good customer service. I am at the point where I want to cancelled my internet with Mweb.
