Horrible customer service

Wish I could give them lower than 1 star.

I moved into a new house and the previous owner was with Mweb. My new ISP can't activate my internet as Mweb never requested a line release from Vumatel. I tried phoning Mweb regarding this and they said they can't do anything on this matter as I'm not the client.

The previous owner is so old he has no idea what needs to be done. I mean come on, I'm living at the adress that you guys supp**** internet to. Just do better.

In my life will I never use Mweb.
