Horrible Customer Service - and they simply don't care

Someone really needs to investigate the customer services of MWEB. I thought I was the only one, but going on to facebook I was horrified at just how many people are complaining of the services of MWEB. I've never ever struggled to get hold of a company like MWEB, the one time I got good service was perhaps a once off. They are suppose to be operative until 8 pm but there isn't even 1 agent online to assist with the live chats. This really can't go on. Please look into this company!!!! If I could give it a 0 I would at this point. You basically just phone to waste your airtime.
